Demosthenes (Dennis) Pasadis - Founder & President (awards)

Demosthenes is a 40 year veteran of the computer industry. He earned BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley in the early 1970's. He became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) in 2000.

He spent about half of his career developing software and the other half building IT infrastructures. Both areas of expertise enhance each other.

Demosthenes has led and participated in the development of operating systems, file systems, IDE's, hardware diagnostics, device drivers, data-driven web sites and more. He has expertise in C, vi, make, Visual Studio, ASP.NET, SQL, Objective C, Xcode and OpenGL.

Demosthenes has expertise in Windows/Linux/Unix servers, Windows/Mac desktops, networking and security. He has also led large business process reengineering efforts and taught college-level courses on IT system analysis, software engineering, Windows servers and systems programming.

Demosthenes established his IT consulting business in 1982. His business became a Microsoft Certified Partner in 2000. He is currently developing strategic IT plans, building data driven web sites and developing iPhone apps.

Innovative Solutions has been serving small and medium sized businesses and educational institutions in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1982.

We were a Microsoft Certified Partner from 2000 to 2009.  We earned a Microsoft competency in Network Infrastructure Solutions. 

We've established business partnerships with many organizations, including Symantec, Fortinet, Sonicwall and Drivesavers.
